Fresh off the Farm

Sophie has recently left her job in wine marketing and sales to begin The Carob Kitchen – a       growing line of gourmet and pure carob products – full-time.  I met Sophie at the Willunga Markets, one of two markets Sophie regularly sells her wares at, each weekend. A couple of weeks later I went to visit Sophie, her mother Carol, and her daughter, at the family carob farm. Located overlooking Port Elliott, the farm offers stunning vistas of Horseshoe Bay, in the southern Fleurieu   Peninsula.
