Banjo The Vegan Carob Bear
Made from bean to bar, the naturally sweet, smooth and creamy taste in our Carob Kitchen Vegan Bar is from the sweetness in our Australian grown Carob Beans.
We blend our bars to have a mild carob taste using Australian grown Almonds and ethically sourced cocoa butter – a natural cocoa fat.
Store in a cool, dry place. Between 15 and 22 degrees Celsius.

Made with natural ingredients: Cocoa butter, organically grown carob powder (31%), almond, corn fibre, natural vanilla, emulsifier (GMO-free sunflower lecithin).

- Our Vegan Carob Bars taste so good on their own, we recommend you do just that. However if you feel the need to bake, remember to melt the carob bear using the Bain Marie method (a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water).
Simply dip fresh fruit into the melted carob and leave to set.
Carob Brownies are a pleasant alternative to rich chocolate.
