1 Cup Prunes , 1 Cup Dates , 1 Cup Raw Almonds , ½ cup Sesame Seeds , ½ cup Pepitas , ¼ cup Carob Kitchen Raw Carob Powder, 2 tablespoons Carob Kitchen Carob Syrup or Raw Honey, Carob Powder for dusting.
Mix all these nutritional ingredients in a food processor and blend to your own consistency. Roll into teaspoon portion balls. Roll through the Raw Carob Powder.
Ready to eat....no baking needed! Store in fridge.

FAIRY CUPCAKES RECIPE
(makes 24 small cup cakes): 115g butter, 100g castor sugar (brown or white), 2 eggs, 50g roasted carob powder, 140g plain flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
Beat butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla essence. Gradually add sifted, dry ingredients and milk. Spoon into paper cases and bake for 18 minutes on 180 degrees celsius, until golden. Cup cakes can be enjoyed plain, with a dusting of carob powder or lash out and ice with carob powder and icing sugar.
