Carob and Balsamic Dressing.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons @thecarobkitchen Carob Syrup
Pinch salt & pepper
To Serve:
A fresh strawberry, basil & mozzarella caprese salad 🍓
Method:
Whisk all dressing ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
Store in a glass bottle with a lid, in the fridge for up to one week.
