INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Banana
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla 150g Carob Powder
- 80mL Carob Syrup
- Fresh Berries for topping
METHOD:
- Place all ingredients into a food processor, blend until smooth and pipe into glasses.
- Top with fresh berry fruit.
- Refrigerate for storage.
Tip: This mousse is gluten free, wheat free, dairy free and suitable for vegans.
